ADMINISTRATIVE GOALS

• To promote and give full support to the programs of International President Lion Mark S. Lyon
• To submit timely IT, GST Returns and Audited Balance Sheet to concern authorities.
• To conduct customized meetings – to start on-time, short and effective meetings to the satisfaction of Members in the District and Clubs.
• To have monthly reporting of Service Activities and Membership through Lions Portal.
• To ensure that every club know their financial obligation of International & District dues and also, know how to calculate their Club dues.
• To encourage Clubs to pay International and District dues for the Lionistic year at one time.
• To encourage each club to get registered under FCRA, Trust / Societies/AOP, CSR act and obtain PAN Cards to apply for grants (And Renewal).
• To ensure that every club has two separate bank accounts for Administrative and Activity.
• To ensure that PU101 form, membership list and club account are reported within the prescribed time limit.
• To encourage every club to update their Membership data with Unique Email ID and Phone No. in Lion Portal.
• To encourage clubs to qualify for Club Excellence Award.
• To enhance public image building and effective public relation. 

MEMBERSHIP GOALS

• Mission 652 (322D) – to add 412 new members in existing clubs and 240 Charter members to Support MISSION 1.5
• To have at least 22 members in each club.
• To ensure 100% retention of the members in the clubs excluding Death or Transfer.
• To ensure minimum 10% sustainable membership growth in each club.
• To invite more women and young members in the clubs and give them leadership opportunities.
• To revitalize and revamp the weak and sick clubs.
• To motivate the members with fellowship and exciting service.
• To motivate cabinet members and Club officer to attend GAT Conclave. 

NEW CLUB EXTENSION

• Extension of at least 12 new Lions Clubs (2 Leo-Lion Clubs), 2 Leo Clubs, 

SERVICE ACTIVITIES

• To encourage all the clubs to report their service activities and upload stories to the Lion Portal and achieve 100% reporting.
• To participate in 8 Global Service Activities - Diabetes, Hunger, Vision, Environment, Pediatric Cancer, Disaster, Humanitarian and Youth
• To support and participate in One Multiple One Activity & One District One Activity on specific dates and Months.
• To organize program on Lions Quest – Three TTW with 3000 implementation, One EMEL (Minimum 20 Participants) and other program such as Refresher, Awareness, Seminar, Talk Show, Poster Competition, Felicitation of Lions Quest Teachers on teachers Day, Quarterly Award Function etc.
• To organize 60 Peace Poster in clubs and also peace essay competition among visually impaired & Normal Students
• Drinking water projects in the District Level in remote areas preferably.
• Awareness activities -eg. Thyroid checkup, Blood Test Camp remedies and precautions, E-waste.
• To organize Youth Exchange Program
• To organize Workshop and awareness program in School on mental health and well-being
• To Promote Special awareness on Diabetes and organize Diabetes detection camp
• To Organize 2 Sports Tournament for Youth & under 15 and Region wise Car Rally for Adults for Lions Awareness     
• To organize Pediatric Cancer awareness program
• To organize Promotion of Vision Centers for Adults & kids
• To organize seminars on Current Problems such as cybercrime
• To organize program to save our Environment
• To encourage all the clubs for Eye Donation Awareness
• To encourage Animal Welfare and Wildlife Awareness.
• Awareness Program on Current Problem
• To encourage Clubs to have at least One Permanent Project/ activity (Waiting Shed / Public Toilets (Use & Pay) / Cloth Banks/ Computer Training / Sewing Machine training Centers / Drinking Water Filters at Public Places / Traffic Police Point Marketing (Branding) (Road Signage, Hoardings) / Distribution of Umbrella  Etc.
• To organize relieving the Hunger program
• To promote welfare programs of child, women, and senior citizen
• To promote HEALTH FOR ALL through Seminars & Project and other Physical Fitness Activity 
• To promote Yoga for a healthy and balanced life and create awareness against the use of drugs.
• To encourage clubs to have local community need based projects. 
• To work for the welfare of differently abled persons and senior citizens. 

STRENGTHENING LCIF AND DFF

• To educate clubs about LCIF and DFF opportunities.
• Mission 50 –Our LCIF Goal this year is $50000.
• To motivate the members to contribute $50, $100, or $200 as Lions Share or any amount as voluntary contribution.
• To motivate members to contribute to DFF for strengthening our District.  (Target Rs. 3,50,000/-)
• Mission 100% DFF Clubs – every member of the clubs should contribute to DFF. 
• To promote and guide the Clubs in applying for CSR funds, LCIF and DFF grants. 

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

• To motivate GAT and LCIF Coordinator to attend Training program organized by LCI, Multiple and District.
• To motivate Zone Chairpersons to organize District Governor’s Advisory meeting quarterly.
• PST & Club officer’s Physical schooling area wise.
• RC/ZC Schooling at District and Multiple Level.
• To participate in all international and multiple level training programs like ELLI, RLLI, RLLI(PG) etc.
• To motivate members to have at least 3 courses in Lions Learning Centre.
• To organize Club Quality Initiative program at club level, New Member Orientation Program at Zone / Region Level.
• To organize YLLI, DLLI, CLLI.

PR AND BRANDING ACTIVITIES

• To promote Lions Branding by Welcome Hoarding, Road Signage, Waiting Shed, Public Toilet, Traffic Police Point, Drinking Water Purifiers, Children Park
• To wear Lions Jacket with Club name in service activities
• To organize City Level program with all the clubs and NGO of City or Town doing activity together
• To motivate all the clubs to upload their service activities in District Facebook page
